TiTLi's unique urban initiative has nurtured diverse women, empowering them for roles in preschools and daycares. These roles balance their work and home life. Approved by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship through the Management Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council, this program is truly excellent. In 2017, NCERT highlighted TiTLi's efforts in the paper "Challenges & Outcomes of Developing Classroom Ready, Scalable Teacher Education Program.
